General Policies & Information

 

Payment/Reservation: A credit card is required to make a reservation. Checks are accepted but must clear before arrival. Checks will be for the cost of the room plus a security deposit. Please call for the amount.

 

Check-in: Between 3pm and 6pm. Please call for early or late check-in.

 

Check-out: 11:00 am

 

Guests Per Room: Each room accommodates 2 people in either one king Size bed or one Queen Size bed.  Other than our suite, which sleeps 6 people. Prices are for single or double occupancy, so additional charges will apply. Add $50 for an adult or $30 for children under 18 yrs old.

 

Pets: We are sorry but we cannot accommodate pets.

 

Visitors: Our guests are welcome to have visitors, but your visitors are requested to leave the premises by 10:00 pm.

 

Smoking:  The Inn At Owl Hollow is non-smoking in its entirety, both inside the Inn and the grounds. A $300 fine may be assessed for violation of this policy.

 

Rate Information:  Rates do not include taxes.

 

Cancellation Policy For Rent A Room:

• Renting a room requires 48 hours notice.
• Prior to 48 hours of your check-in date: No penalty we will miss you.
• Within 48 hours of your check-in date: If we can re-rent your room: $20 handling fee per room.
• If we cannot re-rent your room: Full price for each room that cannot be re-rented.
• No shows: All no shows will be charged for the full amount for the days reserved.

 

Reservation and Cancellation Policy For Rent The Inn:

• $200 Security/ Cleaning deposit refunded within fourteen days of check-out depending on the condition and cleanliness of unit.
• Rates are subject to the Idaho 8% sales and lodging tax. Two night minimum required during peak season, Three night minimum required during holiday weekends.
• 50% deposit due at time of booking. The balance due one week before your reservation.
• No refund with less than 30 days advance notice unless property is re-rented.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cashier checks, and money orders.
